Billtobox and onFact

Billtobox is a program in the cloud that acts as a bridge between onFact and the accountant's software. All you need to do is tick your purchase and/or sales documents in onFact and send them to Billtobox. After the data has been read in, all invoices are automatically converted into a digital invoice (UBL). These UBLs are then forwarded via Billtobox to your accounting firm.

Direct integration (onFact → Billtobox)

onFact has a direct integration with Billtobox: a file in onFact can be linked to a specific file in Billtobox based on client identification. Both purchase and sales invoices can be forwarded from onFact. The documents can then easily be processed further in Billtobox.
