ClearFacts and onFact

ClearFacts acts as a channel between onFact and many accounting packages. All you need to do is tick the invoices in onFact and send them to ClearFacts. In ClearFacts, as an accountant you get a booking screen that allows you to book the invoices immediately in your own software package.

Direct integration (onFact → ClearFacts)

As an accountant you first need to activate your own platform with ClearFacts. In this platform you create files for clients, each with their own login. With that login your clients can link their onFact account to their ClearFacts file. It is also possible to link onFact files you have access to via your own login; in this case our software places documents in the correct file based on the client's VAT number.

onFact has a direct integration with ClearFacts: a file in onFact can be linked to a specific file in ClearFacts based on client identification. Both purchase and sales invoices can be forwarded from onFact. The documents can then easily be processed further.
