Synchronisation of onFact documents with your own server via SFTP
Synchronise documents with your own server via SFTP
onFact can automatically place documents created in the files you have access to on your server. File exchange takes place via SFTP so that onFact can make a secure connection to a specific folder on yourserver. onFact places all documents per file in this folder in PDF but also in UBL format. UBL files can be read into virtually all accounting software for further processing.
SFTP can be used not only to connect to your own server, but also, for example, to classic web hosting packages that you can rent from many web hosting companies. That way you don't need to install any hardware or software yourself and can start accounting work immediately. Just make sure you have the files synchronised in a private server folder.
