Data automatically protected with backups
Because you work in the cloud with onFact, our systems make backups in several ways so that they can be recovered and you do not lose any crucial information. That is very reassuring. But you can also activate an integration with well-known cloud storage services yourself as extra protection.
Synchronisation
Your data is stored in a central, secure location in the cloud. This means every device has access to the latest version of that information. Even if several colleagues in your business use onFact, they see and use the same data in real time. So you are always working up to date.
Secure storage
A program in the cloud is better protected than a company computer. onFact servers are not susceptible to viruses and are separate from the online access to the program, so they are cut off from the web. The operating systems are different from those of your personal computer or (many of your) company servers that hackers may target. With your email address and password, and ideally an extra authentication step, for example via your smartphone, you securely open your own company environment in our program. Data traffic between you and our servers runs over the encrypted SSL protocol.
