Exact Online and onFact

Exact Online is a program in the cloud. This offers several ways to transfer onFact invoices to the Exact Online accounts.

Direct integration (onFact → Exact Online) 

An onFact file can be linked directly to a file in Exact Online. Both purchase and sales invoices can then be forwarded from onFact. The sales invoices are immediately created as bookings so they only need to be approved. This is one of the most efficient integrations in onFact. 

It is even possible to link products to general ledger accounts. When a product then appears on an invoice, the invoice line is linked to the general ledger account and passed on to Exact Online. This makes it possible to book invoices automatically to different general ledger accounts.
