WinBooks Connect and onFact

onFact has a direct integration with WinBooks Connect. You can also import your clients' onFact invoices into WinBooks via our partners CodaBox and ClearFacts and then process them in the accounts. 

Direct integration (onFact → WinBooks Connect) 

An onFact file can be linked directly to WinBooks Connect. Both purchase and sales invoices can then be forwarded from onFact. WinBooks Connect automatically assigns a specific email address to each WinBooks file for submitting and further processing documents. Via the onFact integration, invoices can be ticked to send them immediately in UBL format to the specified email address. The invoices arrive in WinBooks Connect, where they can be processed further.
